Events

ROCK THE DESERT 2011 – Please read below there is a Volunteer meeting this Monday, August 1st!

August 4th - 2pm to 11pm
August 5th - 10am to 12:30am
August 6th - 10am to 12:30am

Attached are the schedules for this year. This year we have the H.O.T. Youth booth, Glow in the Dark Booth & Drink Booth.

We need adults and youth...look at schedule to see what is needed for that position. This year everyone will need to buy their bracelet to get into Rock the Desert, however, if you work one of the 3 booths that we have for 4 hours or more you will be given a voucher to go to the Rock the Desert Business Trailer and have your money reimbursed.

All Volunteers, there will be a meeting Monday, August 1st @ the Greenwood Baptist Church Parking lot 10909 FM 307, Midland, TX 79706 to go over the responsibilities of the booth and your volunteer position. I will also have Waivers for everyone to sign if you do not currently have one on file.

Please email me or call with the time slot you would like to volunteer and I will check to make sure it's available. If your not sure how to navigate through the schedule just call me @ 432-352-4236.

Please mention to anyone you may know that would want to get involved with Community Service Work. Many people have the supply items needed lying around their homes and may not need them anymore and want to donate to a great cause.
